Celery Experiment
Materials - jars, food colouring, celery, water, light table (optional)
Question - "What will happen to the celery when we place it into the jars with coloured water?"
The majority of our friends predicted, "The celery sticks will change colour."
At 12:10 p.m., we placed the celery sticks into the jars.
The next morning, we noticed the tubes in the celery sticks had changed.
Student's Voice -
"Cool," Alex said with amazement.
Lydia replied, "Wow!"
Next time, we are going to try this experiment with celery that still has leaves on it.
